Processing Time

All Rebel Muse pieces are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We offer tracked shipping for all orders so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (Indonesia): 3–7 business days

International: 10–25 business days (may vary depending on customs and postal services in your country)

Please note: These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs inspections, weather, or postal service disruptions.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. Rebel Muse is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss once the parcel is with the postal service.
